Davao, Philippines – The youth of Focolare Movement is inviting you to join in their advocacy run towards unity on May 19, 2012.

Through this Run the Extra Mile, you can help send to school the scholars of Daily Bread of Ateneo De Davao University and you can help the youth of Focolare Movement raise fund for their trip to Budapest, Hungary.

How Much is the Registration Fee?

For Php 350 you can choose among these categories: 3k, 5k, 10k, and 100m for kids. Registration fee includes singlet, race bib, water and snacks.

Where is the Venue?

The run will start 5am at the Ateneo de Davao entrance. After which, all the runners will proceed to Ateneo university to do the feeding program and the beneficiaries of this feeding program are the kids of Bukas-Palad foundation. Marshals are all set, paper bags will be used for the snacks to lessen plastic garbage. The organization is hoping to get at least 1000 participants for this fun run.
