Ideas. Presentations. Inspirations. Motivations. Actions
Singapore may be small in area but people living in it are empowered with big ideas and are not afraid to take the little steps toward their goals. Working for the advertising agency, I’ve been blessed to meet some really inspiring people through networking events and gatherings – one of which is Pecha Kucha.
Pecha Kucha (Singapore chapter) is an event made entirely up of presentations in a format that is based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds. It’s a format that makes presentations concise, and keeps things moving rapidly.
Each presenter discussed about topics that they’re passionate about. While all those who were invited were really amazed, some who really stood out were Scott Anthony, Parin Mehta, Thaddeus Lawrence and Jon Yongfook Cockle.
Below is a very nice illustration by Bernie Quah which summarises the topics of each presenter.
