I welcome tips, questions and ideas from the readers of this blog and below are just some of my requests when you’re guest blogging.

Guidelines for Guest Posting

Of course, there are some guidelines for the post. The post must be:

1. Original
It can’t be a post that has been posted on your own blog or anywhere else before. In other words, it must be a new and unique post.

2. Fresh or comprehensive
The post must be either fresh or comprehensive. A fresh post has fresh ideas or takes a fresh approach to a subject.

3. At least 600 words long
This is for the content part, not counting the title and bio.

4. At most 50 words bio
You may include links to your website. Please put the bio at the end of the post. I will write my introduction at the beginning.

5. In list form / How to
From now on, will only accept guest posts that are in List form or How-to’s. Lists are practical and scannable. The readers love them. Please see the sample guest posts here.

6. No links to unrelated sites or affiliate links
In exchange of your efforts to provide a valuable content to the community, I would let you have up to 2 links in the by-line. However, I cannot accept irrelevant or affiliate links.

I reserve the right to edit the post as needed (for example, to fix spelling or grammar errors) and to reject post that I feel is not appropriate for this website.

How to 

1. Register and you will automatically become a Contributor for the site.

2. Make your that the email address you register with is associated with a Gravatar so people will see a headshot of you along with your Bio.

3. Once your registration is confirmed, create a new article and Submit it for Review. Thats it! If we like your guest post, we will get back to you with the live URL of the article. Should you wish to submit via email, kindly submit it in HTML format.

Social Sharing

All the articles published on this blog will be shared on the Editor’s social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Reddit and StumbleUpon which gives you an optimum reach for your guest post. We expect you to share your articles on your social networks too and monitor the questions from the readers and respond accordingly.
